Nathan Klein

Nathan Klein is a Partner at Tyler Law, LLP and focuses his law practice on the firm’s litigation practice group. He has been involved in a wide variety of actions since joining the firm in 2015, including: business litigation, land use disputes, intellectual property, insurance defense, employment issues, constitutional rights violations, and trust and estate litigation. Nathan is heavily involved in litigating cases from start to finish and has experience drafting a wide variety of motions, ranging from a general answer, to a motion for summary judgment, and everything in between. While Nathan is eager to attend trial and advocate for his clients in front of a judge or jury, it is only after the client has been fully apprised of the risks and costs of litigating a case to its full conclusion. Nathan’s counsel permits his clients to make litigation decisions that is in their best interest. Additionally, Nathan also enjoys serving in a general counsel role to institutional clients, such as churches, private schools, and small businesses. Because of Nathan’s focus on litigation, he can help clients manage their risk while maximizing their operations. In law school, Nathan clerked for a prominent plaintiff’s attorney during his second and third years of school. Nathan is also credited as a research assistant in Joshua A. Douglas’ article titled: A Checklist Manifesto for Election Day: How to Prevent Mistakes at the Polls, 43 Florida State Law Review.

Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife and three little boys, cheering on the Vikings and Buckeyes, and serving at his church.  Previously, Nathan volunteered as a “Big Brother” for Big Brothers & Big Sisters of America-Inland Empire and at the VITA tax clinic to assist in preparing tax returns for low-income individuals and international students.
