Unique to Todd’s experience is his deep blend of transactional and litigation skills, enabling him to spot the legal issues from the perspectives of both a transactional attorney and litigator. Todd also brings to the table his perspective as a business owner, having owned and managed his own boutique law firm for 7 years.
As former real estate counsel to the County of Riverside, Todd drafted more contracts in a month than most attorneys see in a year. Having seen the effects of poorly drafted legal documents in his prior litigation work, his practice is aimed at helping his clients complete their proposed projects while limiting the potential for expensive litigation. Todd strives to treat each client like family. To that end, he has spent his career working hard to make distressing situations less distressing for his clients.
Todd was born and raised in Southwest Riverside County. He lives with his beautiful wife Tiffanie. Todd is the proud father of two daughters and three amazing grandchildren. Todd attends Temple Baptist Church. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, playing music and reading. For the past thirteen years he has toured with the LA Cast of Beatlemania in the role of “Paul McCartney”.
