As a Partner at Tyler & Bursch, Jen most enjoys using her writing and research skills to ensure a positive impact for her clients while helping to train young lawyers.

Jennifer is the co-author of a law review article advocating the application of First Amendment principles in religious land use cases. “The Application of Prior Restraint: An Alternative Doctrine for Religious Land Use Cases” has been published by the University of Toledo. Jennifer is proud to be able to use her law practice to help Churches and Private Schools as General Counsel to help navigate through obstacles. Jen is also the Chairwoman of the Board at Calvary Murrieta Christian School where both her children attend school.

Nathan Klein

Partner at Tyler & Bursch, LLP

Nathan Klein is a Partner at Tyler & Bursch, LLP and focuses his law practice on the firm’s litigation practice group. He has been involved in a wide variety of actions since joining the firm in 2015, including: business litigation, land use disputes, intellectual property, insurance defense, employment issues, constitutional rights violations, and trust and estate litigation.

Nathan also enjoys serving in a general counsel role to institutional clients, such as churches, private schools, and small businesses. Because of Nathan’s focus on litigation, he can help clients manage their risk while maximizing their operations.

Steven Bush, Chief Vision Officer

Steven Bush

Chief Vision Officer

Steven is the Chief Vision Officer of Kingdom One and his role is to provide servant leadership to the team, administrative board, strategic partners and ministry clients of Kingdom One! Steven holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration, with an Emphasis in Human Resources from the University of La Verne. He completed his undergraduate studies at California State University of San Bernardino and Victor Valley College, where he holds Associate's and Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Management. He also holds the Society for Human Resources Management's Senior Certified Professional Certification (SHRM-SCP). His background includes working for over 10 years in HR and Operations in the retail, human services and high-tech entertainment industries. In his last marketplace role, Steven served as the Corporate HR Manager supporting the Chief Talent and Strategy Officer and Chief Legal Officer of a Fortune 500 company. God called Steven out of the marketplace to serve at his home multi-site church as the Business Administrator, where he served for six years leading the shared services functions before founding Kingdom One in early 2020.

Kendra Holybee

Chief Operating Officer

Kendra Holybee is the Chief Operating Officer and her role is to lead and shepherd the efforts and energy of the staff at Kingdom One. Kendra’s background includes 19 years in Human Resources in industries including Ministry, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Restaurant. Kendra currently holds her credential for Senior Professional in Human Resources. In her last ministry role, Kendra was leading the HR team for 5 years as an integral part of growing a local mega-church from 2 to 9 campuses.

Kendra has also worked as an HR Consultant focused on advising and coaching small businesses in their business operations, people strategies and leadership development. Kendra has a niche for creating engaged employee cultures. A coach at heart, she loves to see people and ministries grow and loves celebrating those small and large wins with them. Kendra is really excited to be able to partner with ministries and help them serve the community and staff with creativity and excellence.
